Land and water - a mediterranean culinary journey at Brandner restaurant. On May 10th, the Brandner restaurant sets the stage for a special evening: six courses, six wines – inspired by the treasures of land and sea, interpreted with a Mediterranean twist and crafted with attention to every detail. Foodhero Thomas Rieger, the creative force behind Brandner’s kitchen, combines octopus, scallops, beef, and prawns with herbs, vegetables, and delicate textures to create dishes full of balance and surprise. Each course is a bold flavor statement – refined, imaginative, and unforgettable. Sascha Mörz, wine expert from Genusswarenladen local delicatessen, will guide you through a selection of six distinctive wines – perfectly paired, thoughtfully presented, and full of personality.
