Sustainability: Dehoga environmental check silver level
For us, sustainability is not just a marketing word. Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate culture. To show you that, we successfully took part in the environmental check for hotels and restaurants in the sectors of energy and climate, water, waste and food plus the purchase of regional products. Due to this this initiative, we are proud owners of the silver level certificate. We have met various requirements for the this environmental check, see bullet point list. In addition, all information provided by invoices and receipts, such as bar menu, menu, list of producers and list of suppliers with address details, was verified and checked in copies.
Silver level requirements:
- Our energy consumption is at least 20% better than the determined median
- Our water consumption is at least 20% better than the determined median
- Our waste volume is at least 20% better than the determined median
- We buy and use eleven products from the region as well as our own production
- We currently buy and use a fair trade product, we plan to do more
