We do not have a hotel bar in the traditional sense. However we have integrated a small bar area in the restaurant. Opened from Monday - Sunday 11:30 am - 11:00 pm. Stop by. We conjure up a delicious cocktail for you.

Bed linen change

You want fresh linen every day? Or do you need bedding for allergy suffers? Please contact and inform our reception team for daily bed linen change or allergenic bedding.

We offer bikes with speed gear from 20 Euro per day and bike, all year round. For bike rental kindly contact our reception team. We are happy to assist you. Charging stations for e-bikes are located in the underground car park. By the way, here is our favourite bike tour.

Our hotel is non-smoking. All rooms, all public areas inside the hotel and the restaurants are non-smoking areas. You are allowed to smoke outside of the hotel.

Our hotel does not have closing days. We are always your home away from home when travelling. It's open every day, 24 hours a day.

Parking

The parking lots are available in the underground garage and can be reached by elevator. Hotel parking will be charged with 12.00 Euro per day and car. Additional public parking spaces are available in the area. Please note any fees and parking disc requirements.

Payment methods

If your payment takes place on location you can pay with American Express, Mastercard, Visa Card, Debit Card, Giro Card, Chinese Union Pay, Apple Pay oder Google Pay. You can of course also pay with cash in Euro. The method pay by link is also available. In case of an assumption of costs it is important to note that we can only accept this based on the disclosure of a company credit card, from which we can deduct the corresponding sum. For online bookings where payment is part of the booking process, you can choose between paying by credit card and Paypal.

Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is located at Nicolaiplatz. We can show it on the map. The pharmacy emergency service calendar is available at the reception.

Photocopies

For photocopies please contact the recetion. We charge 0.40 Euro per copy.

Pillows

 

For additional or allergic pillows kindly contact the front desk and choose from the pillow menu.

For stamps contact our reception team. It is possible for you to leave any outgoing mail at the reception. It will be posted for you.

Bus line H, Parduin stop: 10 m. Tram line 2 and 6, Ritterstraße stop: 300 m. Timetables are available at the front desk. You may also contact the front desk for any further information about directions to the surrounding tourist attractions.

Sauna and fitness are on the ground floor and basement. Open daily 08:00 am - 10:00 pm. During the whole summer season we activate the sauna only on request. To arrange appointments and prices for the use of the sauna, please contact our reception team. Use of the fitness area is free of charge. Please note that we are not a professional fitness club. Our devices are simple. But they are suitable for a small but effective workout. You will also receive the key for the sauna and the fitness area at reception.
