Even after the coronavirus pandemic, viral infections will keep us busy and plaguing us, especially in the cold season. Individual hygiene measures are therefore still useful and should be standard. That is why we ask you, for example to keep a minimum distance. We want to continue to be your safe place of well being in the future. Therefore, stay responsible. We remain so too.

Dogs are very welcome and we allow pets to stay in our guest rooms for additional surchange of 16.00 Euro per day and per room. But please note that they are not allowed in the grab and go breakfast area. In all other public areas your dog must be automatically put on a leash.

We have a plenty of emergency exits. These are to be found on every floor. Refer to the escape routes on the inside of your room door for further details.

We have no keycards or an app for smartphones. We have very classic room keys. Therefore, when leaving the hotel and of course on departure, please always leave it your key at the reception.

Thank you for not smoking in our hotel. However, if you feel the need to smoke, please use the outdoor areas of our hotel. If you enjoy your cigarette in our room, we will have to charge you a special cleaning fee.

Our hotel does not have closing days. We are always your home away from home when travelling. It's open every day, 24 hours a day.

If your payment takes place on location you can pay with American Express, Mastercard, Visa Card, Diners, Debit Card, Giro Card, Chinese Union Pay, Apple Pay oder Google Pay. You can of course also pay with cash in Euro. The method pay by link is also available. In case of an assumption of costs it is important to note that we can only accept this based on the disclosure of a company credit card, from which we can deduct the corresponding sum. For online bookings where payment is part of the booking process, you can choose between paying by credit card and Paypal.

Smoking is not permitted in most parts of our hotel. However, you will find ashtrays in front of the hotel entrance and on the small street terrace, where smoking is permitted. In addition, at the SORAT Hotel Berlin we offer smokers a total of five smoking rooms in our pure room type. To avoid conflicts between non smokers and smokers, these five smoker friendly rooms are located in a separate wing on the sixth floor. If you would like to stay in a smoking room, we recommend that you indicate this when making your reservation.

On the ground floor at the front desk you can buy drinks, gift items and cosmetic articles. We are at your service around the clock.
