Sorat does not collect, but uses personal data on the Facebook pages within the framework of the provisions of article 6 (1) GDPR or if another legal regulation allows the processing. Personal data that is required and used to contact you is your name and e-mail address. All data that is displayed and evaluated in Facebook Insights is available in an aggregated and anonymous form. Access to a user's personal profile data by the administrators of the Sorat company pages is not possible. Insights only make it possible to understand how visitors interact with the pages. For further information regarding the collection and processing of the insights by Facebook, reference is made to the Facebook data protection declaration www.facebook.com/about/privacy and to the page de-de.facebook.com/help/pages/insights. Visitors to the Sorat company pages also have the opportunity to use interactive functionalities such as the Like button or the comment function as part of their visit. Sorat has no influence on the interactive functionalities and the visibility of user activities on the Sorat company pages. Via the Sorat company pages or the Facebook messenger service, there is also the option of contacting our hotels or our restaurants by message. Information about the processing of personal data by Facebook

Facebook processes user data for the purposes of advertising, creating user profiles and market research. For this purpose, Facebook uses so-called cookies, which are stored on the end devices of the users: www.facebook.com/policies/cookies. Facebook describes what information Facebook receives and how it is used in its data policy, which can be accessed via the following link: m.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. Facebook has full access to the statistical data collected from the use of the Sorat company pages; the so-called insights. When accessing a Facebook page, the IP address assigned to the end device used is transmitted to Facebook. Facebook stores information about the end devices of its users, which may make it possible to assign IP addresses to individual users. If users are currently logged in to Facebook, there is a cookie with the personal Facebook ID on the end device. This enables Facebook to understand how the Facebook page is accessed and how it is used. Facebook buttons integrated into websites also enable Facebook to record visits to these pages and assign them to your personal Facebook profile. This data can be used to offer personalized content or advertising. This can be avoided by logging out of Facebook or deactivating the login function, deleting the cookies on the device used and closing and restarting the browser. In this way, Facebook information that can be used to directly identify the visitor is deleted. This means that the Sorat company pages can be used on Facebook without revealing your personal Facebook ID. When accessing interactive features of the site, such as like, comment, share and more, a Facebook login screen appears. After logging in, Facebook can again recognize you as a specific visitor. Information on setting options for managing user data is available to Facebook users at the following link: www.facebook.com/about/basics/manage-your-privacy. Sorat, as the operator of the Sorat company pages on Facebook, cannot rule out that Facebook may transfer user data to third countries and process it there.

Rights of website visitors

Under the conditions of article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
