Bring fresh vibes to the Danube. You will be working in a truly unique location: the SORAT Insel-Hotel Regensburg—a city hotel on an island in the Danube with views of the river and the old town, and a terrace right on the waterfront. Our lobby bar, Danubes, is a favorite spot for hotel guests and locals alike. We are currently looking for a full-time bartender to join our service team.

Your profile

Passion for drinks and cocktails and keen eye for detail
Enthusiasm for working in a small team
Training in restaurant or hotel management
Solid experience behind the bar
Excellent knowledge of bar operations
Fluent German and English
Strong sense of responsibility
Warm, engaging service style

Your tasks

Prep and mix drinks
Create your own cocktail signatures
Ensure smooth bar operations and keep the flow
Uphold and elevate our quality standards
Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations
