Starting August 15, 2025, our SORAT Hotel Brandenburg, located at Altstädtischer Markt, is looking for a handyman or maintenance technician (m/f/d) – a true all-rounder with heart and hands.
Your profile
- Qualified electrician or plumbing and heating engineer
- Practical experience in one of the sectors mentioned above
- Knowledge of building and technology codes
- Fire safety training would be desirable
- Very high level of written and spoken German
- Team-minded, resilient, flexible and motivated
- Stress resistant and enjoy working on challenges
- Independent, structured, conscientious working method
- Class B driving licence
Your tasks
- Daily control patrols in all public areas
- Daily control of all technical centres in the hotel
- Maintenance and repair work in the guest rooms
- Planning and implementation of electro-installation works
- Localisation of faults on ventilation and air-condition systems
- Repair works in the area of building services
- Small painting works and small repairs in the area of tiles
- Management of the warehouse and staffing request
- Request for tenders for the building service department
- Ensuring of our standards of quality and occupational safety
