We have no keycards or an app for smartphones. We have very classic room keys. Therefore, when leaving the hotel and of course on departure, please always leave it your key at the reception.

Always a freshly made bed. An empty trash can. Our cleaners are ready to polish your room every day. However, if you prefer to keep your ecological footprint to a minimum and skip your daily room cleaning to protect the environment, hang the red sign on your door. This way, we will know not to enter your room that day and cleaning will not be necessary. Or give our front office staff a hint.

Room service options for lunch or dinner are not available. However, we offer room service for breakfast. Please drop by reception.

You can store your valuables in a safe at the reception free of charge. The suites are endued with a room safe. The hotel is not liable for any valuables left in the room, room safe or hotel safe.

Small sewing kits with safety pins, sewing thread,sewing needle and spare buttons are available at the reception.

You will find a shoe shine machine for cleaning shoes in front of the public toilets on the ground floor.
