On Wednesdays, terms such as dry aging, rib eye steak, rump steak are on the agenda at our Brandner restaurant. Only fresh beef from female cattle from Salon Beef Austria or pork from selected regional breeding with proof of origin is served. The result: A perfect and top quality juicy fried steak. There are also crispy salads and tasty side dishes as sweet potato chips, steak house fries, baked potato with sour cream, spicy dips and of course herb butter. Spontaneously dropping by is rather difficult, so reserve a table.
