- Hotel training
- Professional and leadership experience
- Strong aptitude in budgeting and forecasting
- Skills in staff development and quality assurance
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing
- Knowledge of a variety of hotel management systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Ability to communicate in a third language
