Knowledge of the regional hotel market

Your tasks

Handling of reservations
Processing of reservations and correspondence
Sales on the telephone - groups, fair trades, meeting, business
Responsible for maximize occupancy, rate and revenue
Data administration and analysis of our online booking tool
Guests complaint management
Maintaining guest profiles
Compliance with our service standards
Optimizing and standardization of our work processes
