Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Strong accounting skills
- Intermediate advanced excel skills
- Knowledge of hotel market desirable
- German native speaker level
- Team player and friendly appearance
Your tasks
- Overall financial accounting
- Support in the management of all account queries and disputes
- Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Controlling of drawees and credit cards
- Supportive and administrative functions
- Assistance in perform monthly closing of books as well as daily bank reconciliations
- Assistance in preparation of all financial statements
- Correspondence with suppliers, customers, public offices
- Links to other finance and accounting hotel teams
