- Provision of a convention room with sufficient writing pads + pens for those attending
- SORAT convention host as a professional contact throughout the event
- SORAT standard equipment: overhead projector, screen, pin board, flip chart with pad + pens
- Unlimited mineral water in the convention room**
- 2 creative SORAT coffee breaks: morning and afternoon with small culinary delights
- Lunch: lunch buffet or 3-course menu to be selected by the kitchen chef (choice of 3 main courses)
