If you are using a GPS

Duisburg has several streets called Düsseldorfer Straße. Visitors using a navigation system should enter not just Düsseldorfer Straße but also the Dellviertel quarter or the city centre.

Parking

When you arrive, we recommend that you briefly park on the central strip of Düsseldorfer Straße. The receptionist will be pleased to explain how to get to the parking space in Realschulstraße.

The most frequently used access roads are described below

From KölnFrankfurtMünchen

• Via the A3 motorway
• Leave the motorway at Duisburg-Wedau exit (No. 15)
• Turn left in the direction of Duisburg
• After 2.5 km, you will pass through a tunnel and arrive at the Mercator roundabout
• Leave the roundabout in the direction of Neuenkamp/Hochfeld
• At the next set of traffic lights, turn right into Düsseldorfer Straße
• Continue down this road 50 m
• You can't miss the hotel on the right hand side

From HannoverBielefeldOberhausen

• Via the A2 motorway
• At the Oberhausener Kreuz junction, change to the A3 motorway in the direction of Oberhausen/Duisburg
• Leave the motorway at Duisburg-Wedau exit (No. 15)
• Turn right in the direction of Duisburg
• After 2.5 km, you will pass through a tunnel and arrive at the Mercator roundabout
• Leave the roundabout in the direction of Neuenkamp/Hochfeld
• At the next set of traffic lights, turn right into Düsseldorfer Straße
• Continue down this road 50 m
• You can't miss the hotel on the right hand side

From DüsseldorfDinslaken

• Via the A59 motorway
• Take the Duisburg-Zentrum/Neudorf exit (No. 11) and stay in the left lane
• You will automatically reach the Mercator roundabout
• Leave the roundabout in the direction of "Neuenkamp/Hochfeld"
• At the next set of traffic lights, turn right into Düsseldorfer Straße
• Continue down this road 50 m
• You can't miss the hotel on the left hand side

From EssenDortmundBochum

• Via the A40 motorway
• Take the Duisburg-Häfen exit (No. 12) and immediately take the lane to Hochfeld
• You will arrive at an approach road
• Change to the left lane and drive in the direction of Sportpark Wedau
• After the third set of traffic lights, turn left three times: Cecilienstraße, Realschulstraße and Düsseldorfer Straße
• Continue down this road 20 m
• The hotel is on the right hand side

From MoersVenloEindhoven

• Via the A40 motorway
• Take the Duisburg-Zentrum/Hochfeld (centre) exit (No. 12)
• You will arrive at an approach road
• Change to the left lane and drive in the direction of Sportpark Wedau
• After the third set of traffic lights, turn left three times: Cecilienstraße, Realschulstraße and Düsseldorfer Straße
• Continue down this road 20 m
• The hotel is on the right hand side

From NeussKölnGochNijmegen

• Via the A57 motorway
• At the Moers motorway junction, change to the A40 motorway in the direction of Essen
• At the Kaiserberg motorway junction, change to the A59 motorway in the direction of Düsseldorf/Duisburg-Süd
• Take the Duisburg-Zentrum/Neudorf exit (No. 11) and stay in the left lane
• You will automatically reach the Mercator roundabout
• Leave the roundabout in the direction of Neuenkamp/Hochfeld
• At the next set of traffic lights, turn right into Düsseldorfer Straße
• Continue down this road 50 m
