• SORAT convention host as a professional contact throughout the event
• SORAT standard equipment: overhead projector, screen, pin board, flip chart with pad + pens
• Unlimited mineral water in the convention room
• 2 creative SORAT coffee breaks: morning and afternoon with small culinary delights
• Lunch: lunch buffet or 3-course menu to be selected by the kitchen chef (choice of 3 main courses)
• Lunch: including 1 non-alcoholic beverage

• Valid in 2009 for conventions for upwards of 10 people, subject to request and availability
