• SORAT convention host as a professional contact throughout the event

• SORAT additional equipment: beamer, moderator's case, including material
• SORAT welcome with tea and coffee
• Unlimited soft drinks in the conference room
• 2 creative SORAT coffee breaks: morning and afternoon with small culinary delights
• Lunch: lunch buffet or 3-course menu to be selected by the kitchen chef (choice of 3 main courses)
• Lunch: including 1 non-alcoholic beverage
